Liverpool Vs Man Utd Match Thread..

Karius didnt do much wrong. Seeing as he was under insane pressure before this game I thought he did quite well. The defence was good and a first clean sheet is at least something.
Karius wasn't even really tested. He was saved by the ref twice.

Yeah, that was a good result but I'm still pissed off. Feel like such a waste after waiting the entire weekend for some sort of a spectacle. Football can go fuck itself for at least a week.

Nice to see the change in attitudes/ expectations though. United happy with the draw, Liverpool upset at the draw. Even with their wild spending, they can't stop the tides from turning.

United came for a draw. Says it all really. Never seen a United team so scared before. We're two points off the top. It'll be a long season lads, we are looking good if you try not to think about our SHOCKING goalkeeping options. Our choices are Dropsy or Captain Mishap.

But yeah, says it all that we are disappointed in this score. what a screamer of a shot from Phillipe Coutinho.

It's disappointing, could have been a massive statement of intent, but it's not the end of the world. I'm also frustrated because Chelsea are back to a point behind us, i'd like to see some space open up between the top four, but that's a way off it seems.

Gary Neville is fucking obsessed with Karius, and bizarrely was trying to attack our centre backs too. Probably because he knows what a steaming cess pit his team is.

We were by far the better team but didn't do enough to warrant the win.

The game changed for the better one Lallana came on.

I've seen nothing from Karius to suggest he's any better than the other clown.

Same old really, struggling to break down the shit teams who park the bus. For a Utd / Liverpool night game the atmosphere was shite.

We need to bounce back and beat West Brom convincingly now, if we don't, it'll be hard for us to kick back into gear.

WBA will do exactly the same to us.
They'll sit back, harass us and hope for a counter or a set piece.

Was it bad? It sounded great on the telly.

And another thing, Mourinho isn't stupid. If we went all gung-ho and attacked they would have countered the shit out of us. That's what he was hoping for, the same fucking shit that he pulled when Chelsea beat us in 2013.
Why do you think Can, Hendo and the rest were so cautious? Backpass after backpass after fucking backpass.
So Mourinho won a point away against the in form team in the prem. He stopped the bleeding. It's a great result for them and quite possibly a confidence booster.

It was though, they came for a point and almost nicked it.

We created f*ck all and they are the first big team we haven't skewered.

I'm not sure you can call getting a draw against a team that finished 8th last season a masterclass. A decent result is about as far as it goes.

Change the fucking record DB, the most expensive team in the league bar maybe City went into a game against their biggest rivals looking to stop anyone from playing football as opposed to showing their ability, their only chance was caused by a fuck up from the other team, and ultimately they went home the luckier to take a point. It wasn't a masterclass, unless of course that masterclass was in a complete lack of ambition and self respect, what we saw today was Sam Allardyce with £300million quid, and the only reason they got away with it is because we are still fighting our own mental demons. A bit more composure and belief and we win that game, unfortunately we panic, and by the time we finally settled, it was too late thanks to their freak of a goalkeeper.

Haha! What a pathetic bellend

Mourinho just came back into press conference room to say Sky/BBC's possession stats are wrong. "My guy did it - 42 [percent], not 35."
