I know you're being sarcastic but it isn't a coincidenceat the end that we've become a pushover since he's been involved regularly.

I feel like I need to point out I don't think he's the only issue, but he is a big one.

So, if it wasn't Kenny who was in charge......?
Yup. I've run out patience personally but I can see why people are still happy with him

I'm not saying I want him sacked BTW. I want him to develop a plan B and play players who compliment each other. Maxi should start.

Yeh you should point it out Ross, it's never been done before. He's why we keep on getting beat. Wait, we don't but we keep failing to win games as we keep failing to score goals. Lucas is at fault again, playing in an attacking role and all that. The actual fact is our whole midfield is fucking shite. Lucas I'd part of that. We need better. Adam? Who the fuck said he had pace? Fucking hilarious that. He's not good enough either. Henderson? Not a wide player do stop playing him there. Downing? Not doing anywhere near enough. But yes, you're bang on, it's all down to Lucas of course

How are you supposed to build a platform to attack from when your midfield constantly gets bypassed. You do realize we have also given up a ton of points form leading positions, that's the defenses fault and he is supposed to improve the defense. Something he has failed to do since his inclusion.

Spot on Shelvey. Every goal leaked has directly or indirectly been the fault of Lucas. Every time we hit the woodwork. That'll be Lucas. Every misplaced cross. Lucas. Every time we give possession away. Lucas. Ever free kick missed and corner that doesn't beat the first man. Lucas. I'm just surprised a succession of managers can't see this obvious truth.

Blow it out of proportion. I am saying he is a bad defensive midfielder and makes a shit partnership with most players except the ones that take most of the attacking onus and half of the defensive onus. And if you can't see that fine. I can and it pains me to see how many times he gets voted into the man of the match for Morse's thing just for not being shit on that day. How many times does he have to just give up on a runner before it gets through people's head. The fact is without a good platform in midfield the rest of the team suffers and that is what has happened again.

And Charlie Adam has as much to do to with that weak CM platform. We need better than both of them regardless of what Ryan says

We were shite, outplayed and overrun by fucking Swansea and lucky to come away with a point. Worst performance of the season.
#

Not true we were not outplayed nor overrun by Swansea we had more shots on goal more chances created more possesion and more corners than them so try to be more objective and truthful next time. Carroll should not be a first team player at most a sub who comes on to late on on games to give us a different option.we need a more mobile prolific goal scorer to partner suarez and a right winger we have been promised since rafa's days and still we wait.btw brendan is still right about lucas he remains one of our biggest weak links .
We were - Swansea, yes Swansea, had the majority of possession at Anfield and played through us quite easily. If they were a little more creative up front and better finishers we'd have been fucked over. About 9 weak links in that team yesterday. We didn't turn up and Kenny has admitted we were shite. Of course, Lucas is to blame. As always.
They didn't have the majority of the possession at all but they did keep the ball well and constantly hit us on the break, we made them look Madrid-esque at times. The midfield once again was completely overran defensively, as soon as they won the ball they just played through us, unless we start packing the midfield and trying the likes of Bellamy, Chelsea are gonna snot us.

agreed. I think Shelvey could easily replace Adam though for the better if we had a dominant DM.

They had 55% possession Mark
I didn't realise, I thought we bossed it in patches but we just couldn't finish, at one point it was around 59% - 41% in our favour. Not that it matters either way, I couldn't give a shit if we'd only had 20% so long as we won.

Shit game and a team that needs a shake up, it's been said for a few games now and he just keeps persevering with it like the other stubborn arse before him.

It is very frustrating mate. Substitutions in particular. I thought we'd needed to change the shape of the team yesterday not just the personnel. Still think it's the worst we've played all year

I hate to pinpoint Carroll, I thought he played well first half but was largely annonymous in the 2nd, but the midfield needs three in the middle for the added protection and to get the best out of Adam without us getting overran. Suarez needs to be up top with Bellamy and another either side, that gives us pace, variation and solidity.

Our front two didn't get a sniff second half.
Yep. I'm fucking depressed, different season, same old shit.

Carroll did nearly all that was asked him. Bar the howler he was pressing and menacing. Suarez had an off day, but we're so predictable. Everything goes down the wings when we don't play an AM

someone post that diagram that shows the optimism and despair over the course of a season.
to be fair we are only three points off top 4 but arsenal and spurs look in the grove and we're all over the place.

I was quite disheartened myself walking out the game yesterday mate. We played poorly no doubt but what sticks jn your throat the most is 85 minutes of no effort and then throwing everything at it the last 5 minutes. Too little too late. I had some optimism of late as we were playing ok but yesterday did feel a bit SOSDD. Lets hope its a kick in the arse we need. Kenny clearly wasn't impressed.
