I think he matches the quality of CL qualification chasing teams like Villa instead of title challenging ones like us. He'll probably sign for Villa eventually since they need to replace Diego Carlos.

His got big hands ? Well thats a downer then, coz a defender with big hands is risky in the penalty area. But no, I cannot get excited about Cherki clips, and have been more worried about lack of depth in defense, and the fact that FSG love a cheap deal. Have you watched him ? Is he any good hard to judge when he plays in Spanish league.

@StevieM what do you think about Angelo Stiller ? I know we signed Endo in 2023 summer, but VfB suddenly went up that table, and it kind of happened about the time Stiller joined them in that summer. Can this guy make a difference to our team ? We have 5 rotating Mids, with Endo also covering for defence, so that need to have 6 (not counting Tyler) and the fact we wanted Zubi in summer.

The guys stats are good and he is a German International, some have compared him as an upcoming Kroos/Kimich the way he plays in midfield.
