Even if their current squads are muck, it's at least partially due to good players not going to or remaining in SPL.
If they have the budget and were in the Premier League, players would follow.

Since with the exception of Rangers who and Celtic you have players bouncing between the SPL to League 1/2. Also only these two are actually spending any money. The rest live on loans and free transfers

I guess in any case you put them in England and they'd be a big side in no time with the revenue in the English game, the attendance they get and their youth development.

There's not too much difference (in terms of ability) between the bottom 8 in the EPL every season and the top 8 of The Championship so yeah maybe Celtic could just survive in the EPL but your other point is valid, Celtic would be challenging for Top 4 in the EPL within 2 or 3 seasons of joining because of the money they could generate.
