I agree. Despite the fact I have championed his cause since he played in The Championship I don't think he is worth £12m. I like him and think he is easily good enough for Premier League standard but am not convinced he is "top" quality - I reckon £6m - £7m would be a fair price.

Just seen a rumour that Voronin is a target for Arsenal and that Van Nistelrooy is to have medical at Anfield.

Also..... Rafa has rejected a Portsmouth loan bid of Voronin!! he wanted £4 million!!!

I seen these on the daily post transfer deadline forum so dont shoot the messenger if not true.

Saw that rumour on football rumours earlier this morning.
Yes, so would i defo, alot of ppl rate Van Persie but i think Eduardo is a terrific player when he is fit.

Wrong ! The transfer window closed yesterday on the continent - so the RM rumour (RvN & VdV on loan to us) could well be true since they have no other options other than English teams !

Maybe Rafa is holding out until they agree to pay us to take them ?

Depends on what RM wanted for the loans and also their wages. Could still end up as being a big number.

Ajax have signed midfielder Kerlon from Inter Milan on a season-long loan deal.
The 21-year-old Brazilian, famous for his unique ’seal dribble’, will stay in Amsterdam until June 2010 with Ajax also having the option to make the deal permanent next summer.

Sobis played for Betis a few years back, didn't do to well tbh..

We've sold that Bulgarian lad to PSV, Myhailov or something. 1 mill euros, the transfer will go through in january.

More rumours

Benjani Will be a Liverpool Player by end of Day (on Loan) and they are trying to do a swap for Simao (Athletico) with Riera and Dossena going other way , Dossenas wages big Problem. Voronion will go to Germany if Benjani deal can be sorted.

Also, VDV was spotted in Liverpool
