If Nunez wasn’t bought to operate as a central striker, then he shouldn’t have been bought full stop - we already had Diaz & Jota to operate on the left & bought Carvalho to play there too - Nunez is, at the minute, an expensive and ineffective replacement for Origi.

• for now its looking like that for Nunez with reference to your Origi point, but I have to say - its hard to judge him when the rest of the team are playing shit, and he is making the runs, but the others are not tracking him or are screwed up themselves.
• The response in Bold with regard to Henderson, honestly - I knew he was going to be out after that Newcastle game, because in one moment he decided to press an run, and immediately I knew he would be out. It is as simple as that for him, he maybe the same age as Gundogan - but he just cannot sprint without getting injured. As he will be on/off in terms of availability - its going to be come another Thiago type issue we don't need.

Again - I don’t want to be right - I really don’t, but it’s not just basing it on 2.5 games - it’s basing it on the things we know we’re already missing or questionable in his game and then looking at the shit sandwich we’re serving up every time he’s on the pitch.

Im not saying he’s totally to blame - but it feels like he’s doing to us what Ronaldo did to Utd - even if he gets a decent amount of goals, accommodating him is potentially fucking us up.

I don't. He's only 22 FFS and other top level clubs were also after him. He was bought to play as he has been playing for Porto, a central striker who can also drift out left when the front three interchange.
