That wont change with a new manager. Spending on potential is down to FSG.
We need new ideas from top to bottom. Maybe a manager working for a World Class DoF.

Yep, let's bring him in, with a whole new coaching staff and academy structure so we can all enjoy a season and a half of post-appointment euphoria, belief that this new manager will be the one that restores us to the top of the game, before narrowly missing out on trophies/top four, watching our better players quickly become disconsolate and stop putting in effort and leave whilst the team starts putting in a series of bewildering displays and we all start questioning the manager, before sacking him and bringing in someone new.

Three seasons and for all the millions spent, gazillions of players brought in Rodgers has acquired two good players, coutinho and Sturridge. Our defence is as shit as ever. I'd swap him for Klopp.
The sad thing is when all else fails we rely on Lucas to shore us up.

QFT except the top. Costa, Mkhitaryan, Willian, Lallana, Lovren, and Sanchez were all for the here and now. They just didn't come or haven't done it.
I really dont see the need to replace Rodgers. We were just on a really long winning run and the form team in Europe.
He absolutely has no control over Gerrard losing his brain against United and ruining any chance of a result...injuries and suspensions from that game has put us in a mini crisis.....but i really dont see the reason to sack....some of you are so fickle.

Oh come on, mate. We were winning really unconvincingly in many of those games. It was a welcome run but to imply we were truly looking good and strong is just crazy. The form team in Europe? Sounds great. But outrageously misleading.
We've been fucking rubbish all season bar a handful of games.
Bar a few games in that run, we have been pretty unbearable to watch this season.
We have scraped through too many results this season..
Never in my life have I turned the tv off earlier than usual so often when watching Liverpool this season
... I feel so bad for those Chelsea fans ... two straight games winning 1-0 on only one shot ... Must be so tough to scrape through wins.

We have.. the first half of the season was awful..
We picked it up.. but like Macca said its just papered over the cracks.. we scraped wins in many games.. We did have a few good games, but over the last month or so we have been awful again..

You bemoan the unbeaten run between Jan and March because we scraped through games but when Chelsea fumble to wins it's all down to 'mentality'?!

We won with poor performances. Chelsea still look assured, just very unconvincing
Unconvincing wins are great when they are surrounded by convincing wins.
They're not so good when surrounded by unconvincing losses...
