I don't get why, when interest is shown in our players, that there is a section that rounds on our owners even before any activity?
Irrational seems an inadequate word.
A few people called this years ago, in the face of being told they really care and really want to compete.

FSG has shown the intention of splashing good money on right prospects. Keita and VVD shows that. That they are not succeeding in todays market is just as much about the market as about FSG. I agree with this but I'm not pissed at the owners because of it. They are under no obligation at all to dig into their own pockets and I don't know why anyone would expect them to. As long as they are not fleecing the club and investing everything back in, surely there is little room for complaint.
To become regular title challengers in the current climate, we need to be someone's plaything. And this was clearly never going to be the case with FSG.

Fuck no. The offers needs to be at least £150m in my opinion and all up front. We need to rinse these motherfuckers for every penny. They just got £200m up front for Neymar.
