"It's complicated"? -- No it isn't, fuck off Barca - £113 Million bid rejected

Just one thing I'd like to add to all the crap that's going on about Coutinho and it is that I'm happy that we haven't heard a word of discontent from the player himself.
Can't say the same about Suarez and Mascherano.

Mascher can be excused.... he desperately wanted to stay while his wife wanted a move ;-)

If anyone can, then it's us.

Not only that, but we'll probably make it sound like we're doing the right thing by the player respecting his wishes, & reference other clubs not doing the same by their payers, expecting them to suddenly see the light & sell us their best players when we try to do the same.
Ha! I can so see that happening!

It was that lying old cnut Hodgson who claimed Masher had refused to play. He always denied it, less than a week before he left he was MOTM against the Arse, and he namechecked LFC after Barcelona beat ManUre to win the CL. Some of you lot need to get off his back FFS.

He's been professional throughout fair play to him, if he's expressed professionally his desire to leave, we should say we'll make plans for and allow you to leave next summer if you still desire, but you're too important to lose right now, I feel that's the best way to proceed for everyone.

Oh fuck off.... we haven't killed the Barca link yet and now some shithead journo in Brasil wants more bullshit Gossipp. So why not suggest Paris??? This famous club with exact zero CL Triumphs. Zip. Nada. But they have money and that is what Brazilian footballers care about? Sure. Paris didn't even win Ligue 1 with all their money last year. They are biggest fraud in Europe. I have seen them live. They lost against Benfica and was dumped out of Europe. Thats the kind of force they are. Famous for throwing away a 4 goal lead last season and crashing out.... they will never win CL those French Arabic bastards. Paris?? Your having a laugh. Only time they was a decent game in Paris was in May 81!!! Fuck off Lazy journo cunt.

New statement from the club!

Guillem Ballbag saying that we are refusing to meet with Barcelona even if they up their bid.
However, he adds that its not over yet.

Fuck me. 82m would barely buy two average premiership players this summer.

If it was 82m plus two very good players who play in positions we need strengthening then that may make sense.

Or 82m plus Luis Suarez. I could live with that too.

Barcelona ramp up Philippe Coutinho pursuit as Catalan chiefs arrive in England to seal deal for Liverpool star

Barcelona's pursuit of Philippe Coutinho was stepped up on Tuesday morning when club directors arrived in England in an attempt to close the deal so the player can make his debut against Real Madrid on Sunday.
Oscar Grau, Raul Sanllehi and Javier Bordas hope to return to Barcelona on Tuesday night with the deal done and believe they are now pushing against an open door with Liverpool having accepted that Coutinho wants to leave.
Barcelona had an opening offer for £72m turned down two weeks ago by Liverpool and a second offer closer to £80m also failed to convince.

But they believe a third bid – along with the player having already communicated to Jurgen Klopp that he would like to be given the chance to make the move – will make the transfer happen.
The Catalan giants sold Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain for a world record £198m fee last week and have discussed upping their offer for Coutinho to £100m .
Coutinho is attracted by a move to Barcelona but will not force through a transfer because he would prefer an amicable exit from Liverpool.

Coutinho will not force through a move because he wants an amicable exit from Liverpool
Liverpool manager Klopp is adamant that Coutinho will not be sold this summer and has become irritated by continued questions surrounding the midfielder's future.
Earlier this month, Klopp hit out at the suggestion that Barcelona officials would come and discuss a move for Coutinho telling a reporter: 'Don't waste your energy.
'In this moment it's about transfers and I've nothing to say. I cannot talk about this just because a Barcelona guy starts talking.
'Did he say they come to Liverpool and do business? Something like this? They want to come over? They are funny. I don't want things like this.'

Coutinho has scored 34 goals and provided 29 assists for Liverpool since joining back in 2013

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has repeatedly insisted that Coutinho is not for sale
If the move is completed he will become Liverpool’s new record sale, breaking the £75m mark they paid for Luis Suarez. The Brazilian will join Suarez if he moves to the Camp Nou.
Coutinho has scored 34 goals and provided 29 assists for Liverpool since joining in 2013 but former Barcelona coach Cesar Luis Menotti has warned the club’s supporters against believing he will be the new Neymar.
Menotti wrote in his column for Diario Sport: ‘It’s good that Barcelona fans realise he is not the new Neymar, just a good player who has proved his worth at Liverpool.’
Barcelona have been quiet in the transfer window this summer with the £30million purchase of defender Nelson Semedo from Benfica and the deal to buy back Gerard Deulofeu the only major arrivals at the Nou Camp so far.

For some reason i still don't even remotely believe he is going. I believe Barca really want him and that he wants to go. But i can't see Klopp authorising his sale considering how already weak we are in midfield.
