I have come to the conclusion that all this talk of Coutinho is now all about just selling their newspapers and that the player himself who in all appearances looks content has no intention of moving this summer. Usually with something like this - things would be planned in advanced, at the start of the summer - I don't think he is one of those that would root out his family from Liverpool and say - "guys we are going to go and live in Barca". Suarez we understand already had in-laws living in Barca and so had ready made contacts there.

I think he is going to be crucial in the CL qualifier and that is properly worth more long-term than an 135M fee for Coutinho. We need to do really well in Europe this season to get the necessary exposure worldwide - so that next season players will just come knocking at our door. The last outing in Europe CL - with Rodgers was terrible and probably did us more harm than good.
