Is there a single rock-solid defence in the PL?

Sunderland put two past United; Wigan put three past Chelsea; Blackburn have just scored two in thirty minutes at Arsenal; we've conceded 12 in 10 games; and City gave away six goals in the two matches they've played against Top 4 teams.

Has everyone forgotten how to defend this season?

Goes hand in hand with the lack of draws really.

It's another observation that seems really odd but there's little in the way of an explanation. City were expected to be like an upmarket Newcastle, though, and United have had a disrupted back line so far this season. The only real surprise was how we've defended all year and how Chelsea were torn apart against Wigan.
