B'Burn are shite. Should have had a penalty and City were awful. But couldnt score to save their life.

4th was always a long shot, but that ship has sailed now.
 
I've decided to revive this one for the moment....

A win for Spurs tonight and then a win for us v Spurs at the weekend will just put a bit of fear into City. They will need to win one of their last two games to guarantee 4th.

If we were to finish level then our GD and our goals scored will be better than theirs.

There's still a faint hope here.

Yeah, it's very improbable. But then again, if they lose to Spurs today I'll start holding out some hope for 4th.

It's a great feeling to actually have even the 5th in our own hands now though.

whatever th result in th fa cup it could help, either stoke know they can beat city or they play for revenge

The problem is, if Stoke lose the cup final they qualify for Europa League in case City finish 4th but not if they finish 5th. So they would probably just roll over in that case.

Really?

If City finish 5th and win the cup then Stoke will still be in Europa won't they? And if not where does the other place go?

No I believe in that case City would take the Europa League place reserved for cup winner and 6th placed team would claim the remaining spot.

If Stoke lose the FA final then it is in their interest to lose the follow up match to city thereby ensuring qualification for next season's Europa league.
IF Stoke win the cup then they are likely to be on the piss for three days and wont give a fuck about the following Man City game.

Not exactly looking promising, is it?

shit i didnt know that, okay so im hoping the fa cup final will be a fucking bloodbath with nobody for city left, apart from ballotelli cause he's a beast
