Needs to be called out that he's really been a massive worthless load of shite for the last 10 games or so.
Done absolutely nothing but miss easy chances and look like he doesn't give a fuck.

So the next captain has a lot of heart, isn't technically that great, has runs of games where doesn't do a fat lot, runs about and grafts a lot. Sounds ideal.
I like Henderson, but I'd drop him out of the side in a blink for Milner.
