So we have the 3rd best defence in the league, our back 5 is not an issue.

We have scored 43 sodding goals, less than half that City have that is madness.

Forget spending any money on any of the back 5 this summer, we need to buy goals.

Does this mean binning Carroll or making him 3rd/4th choice. Suarez has found his scoring boots and should give us 12-15 league goals a season.

Do we give downing and Bellers more time in the squad are they good enough.

Kuyt will go as will Maxi so we need to buy 3 or 4 players who can score us some fucking goals.

Can we afford it, where should we look. Should we go abroad for more Suarez types or take a punt on PL players again like Dempsey. How much money will the bosses give us to spend, depends who is manager I suppose

I agree with this but a part of the reason (for commiting so few bodies to the attack) is we've lost the only holding midfielder worth a shit so the entire team has moved to compensate for that loss.

our defense is a definate strong point. it has strength, it has pace, power and is a goal threat in the opposition penalty box.

You mean in a cup game, here the prize is a little bit more instantaneous.

In the league we have not flooded the box or pressed high up the pitch. We play it cautious, drab, and dreary.

While our defence has been our strength, our midfield and forwards haven't contributed. Our lack of goals is the reason we have done so poorly in the league. Kuyt, Downing, Henderson, Adam, Maxi and even Gerrard haven't contributed. Bellamy is always a danger but his dodgy knees limits his game time.

Let us not forget the dozens, edit hundreds of chances wasted, open goals and sitters that Harry Redknapps' mum could have scored. Granted we are not perfect at the back, but to say we haven't scored goals because we don't commit men forwards is inaccurate. We could have comfortably outscored Man City this season if the arseholes had sorted themselves out and did what they are paid to do. Instead they kept missing the target and hitting the post.

yes Andy has missed some good chances, he also has had some great efforts saved by keepers on fire. All attacking players have let us down this season, we could easily be 30 goals better off and top 4 (ish)

Can Kenny fix this is does it need a new man to come in, I am not sure but my gut tells me give him one more season but shuffle the strikers around
