That's a proper beat down to a player who was going for the 4th grand slam in row is it not.

In Clay Nadal is unbeatable, but he needed that against Djokovic so he can take that with him to other surfaces. The Australian open loss, would have been a victory if not for the psychological upperhand that Djokovic had on Nadal after winning quite a few finals against him.

It's a good job then...

Djokovic had the upperhand on the slippery surface, which was weird to see. But it was all in the head. Rafa wanted to stop and his game took a beating. If he just focused on finishing the game off, i think he had a chance of finishing it in three sets.

I don't think i have seen this kind of dominance of a particular surface. Sampras's love affair with Wimbledon pale's in comparison.
