So what's everyones targets for this year?
I'm aiming to be under 14st in March which would be a 5 1/2 stone loss in a year. Wanna be able to fit into 30" jeans and wear medium or large clothes by the end of the year without my man tits getting in the way.
I would also like to be able to run 5 miles in a row by about June
