Following what was said on another thread about who is more important, i wondered who you would put down as the most important one?

I think i'd go for Reina, given how many times he's saved our arse this season.

Torres, Gerrard and Mascher are obviously narrowly behind.
 
Not sure about Agger (albeit I know he's not particularly high on there)... Skrtel or the Greek playing's not a problem, whereas N'Gog or Cavalieri would be a concern.

'Must win game', ie GYAC, one in which you have to *score a goal*, then you'd have to say Torres.

Followed by:

Gerrard
Reina
Masher

That's about it, really.

I would panic if any of that lot were not playing.
 
Reina's been our best/most consistent player this season, but Fernando is the first name down.

There's always hope when he's on the pitch.
 
It is so fucking depressing that BITD I could happily name 9 or 10 'must starts' and only have vague concerns about the other one or two on the teamsheet

Not the case anymore, and I say that as a huge fan/ apologist for the likes of Carra, Kuyt, Agger, Magic etc

WTF? AFAIC I find acronyms a PITA and quite often TLTBT. So I end up having to google them, and end up ROFLWMP. OTOH, I am sitting here NIFOK right now.

[/quote]Hansen, Barnes, Dalglish are my top 3 but Gerrard, Torres, Fowler, Mcmahon, Nicol, Whelan, Hamman and others challenge for the top 5. I think he'd need to stay a lot longer and win things to get in my top 5. Probably Gerrard and Nicol make up the top 5.

In the strictest sense, I think you may be right, and GYAC is actually an initialism. Common usage is more inclusive. But GYAPOTB anyways.

I love Nando but I must say I have a special place in my LFC heart for Javier. He's got the heart of a lion and hard as fucking nails.
