I thought the youngsters did very well although they shared the first-teamers' problem of playing well but not being able to find the net. Texeira looks ready for regular first-team action, and Stewart was very tidy in midfield. Ojo was impressive when he came on, and the skill with which he took his goal was something that is currently eluding Benteke. It gladdened my heart when Flanno came on. I think he could make an impact on the second half of our season.

Thanks Portly. It's very encouraging that they passed this test with flying colors. I love that Klopp was able to trust them. Great for Flanno!

My irritation is more that he has clearly made his vast array of hats a 'thing', which depressingly will probably help his profile and do a fair amount to get him a bigger job.

Stewart has been pretty impressive. I don't think I ever noticed or heard of him before this month. Two small mistakes towards the end of the match, but overall he seems really assured and composed.

Firstly Klopp said ages ago he'd play roughly the same team and secondly how can the team that drew away now have a big chance of going out playing at Anfield.

The odds must surely be better than at Exeter where they were unlucky not to win.

Happy to see much the same players as at Exeter. The quality of the pitch and the extra space should suit them and we'll win by a couple.

Definitely. IMO the team often looks better balanced and more purposeful when he's selected.

Yeah, it's become fashionable to wear the small shinnies, usually taped on, & socks pulled low.

I find it as bizzare as people walking round with their caps balanced on the back of their head with a stupid fuck off shiny sticker on the peak. It's like they want to look like retards.

Similarly to the fact I've started to find more women attractive around & even in some cases slightly above my age, I assume this is the brain's way of making the transition to becoming older more acceptable.
