There's not much on him online, but here's a bit of info:

Scout Report: Herbie Kane
After the impact that Harry Kane has had for Tottenham over the last two years, it is time for another Kane to do the same for
Liverpool. The Merseyside club recently announced that Herbie Kane, no relation to Harry, has signed his first professional contract with the club.
Liverpool had signed the 17-year-old from Bristol City when he was only 14-years-old but his performances were incredible and he was promoted to the U18 side for the team. Herbie signed for Liverpool and was put into their youth academy where he has excelled over the years and now is all set to make an impact in the first team.
The next Gerrard?
Liverpool have seen many players come and go with the expectations of being the next ‘Steven Gerrard’ but most of them haven’t been anywhere close to the legend that was Gerrard. Herbie though seems to be the next player who is given the unwanted tag of becoming Gerrard’s successor or at least a player who performs in a similar manner.
Herbie plays in the central midfield role and can play in an advanced role or in a defensive role; he is comfortable in either position. Herbie is known for his long-range efforts which is just one reason why he has been named as another player who could take up the Gerrard mantle.
Kane was sought after by many Premier League clubs but it was Liverpool who ensured that he was part of Melwood and now he could be looking to break into the first team. There are many players already in the first team and Kane would probably work with the U21s if there is a need to push him and test his ability at a higher level.
He is an England U18 international and with the manager, Jurgen Klopp looking at youngsters who could get a chance to prove themselves as seen in the Exeter FA Cup clash, Kane would be hopeful that he can get a run out sometime soon for his club.
From 2017, Michael Beale:
Stevie picked out Trent Alexander-Arnold and Herbie Kane as ones to watch in his autobiography. Who do you think could eventually become a regular first team player?
Well, Trent has already made his debut and continues to impress. Herbie has had a tough year with injury but – he is a player that I really like and a boy that has a great character and never say die attitude on the pitch. It’s a big year for him next year to step forward and show his talent.

This week the Secret Scout checks in on Liverpool's young midfielder Herbie Kane.
Read his report below...
WHAT'S HE GOT?
This young Liverpool academy player shows a maturity beyond his years. Anchoring his side he was a dominating presence in a recent game, protecting his three central defenders.
Standing at around 5ft 9in with broad shoulders and a tough frame, he policed the central areas, intercepting and starting attacks. One early cross-field ball set the tone — it travelled 60 yards and the accuracy was perfect.
Soon after he was in the thick of it, showing a competitive spirit, determined to win tackles and intercept passes. He looks as though he knows his role and as the game wore on his influence grew.
The performance of his two fellow midfielders — good in possession but poor in transition — meant that his workload involved constantly plugging gaps when the opposition broke against his team.
Kane challenged well in the air and showed ability in tight situations. I also liked the way that when he received from the central defenders he would return the ball, making a good angle and space for a second pass.
It did not surprise me that he had the captain's armband and he showed responsibility and leadership that highlighted the lack of drive of some of his team-mates.

WHAT DOES HE NEED?
A lack of pace is often apparent in holding players but positioning is possibly more important and this does not seem to be a problem.
Kane's first move is in his head and that means he positions himself well. This recent performance highlighted a disappointing display from his team and this application — allied with his ability — may see him move up Jurgen Klopp's pecking order.
His tutors at Anfield will include Steven Gerrard and I shall watch his progress with interest.
