We played a hell of a game just 3 days ago, Everton havnt played in a week, we are without Can, Lallana, Trent, Firmino, Salah, Matip, Robinson etc i think its a more damning indictment of how shit that 200m assembled Everton squad is than any indictment of us.
Away with half a team, who played a huge game 3 days ago and you STILL couldnt fucking beat us you useless cunts.

We should have better players to come in when we rest the first XI. There's fuck all excuse for Liverpool FC playing Danny Ings and Solanke in attack

Everton only arrived for the final 15 minutes of this game.
We totally dominated for 75 minutes, and could have done better.
Here's hoping Chelsea drop points to nullify the potential damage of this result.

And no proper match thread ... that was the clincher

I really couldn't give less of a shit. It had nil nil written all over it as soon as the team news came out, and no-one got injured.

Two clean sheets in a few days.
17 games since Jan 1. 9 X clean sheets. Only 2 X 0-0s

3 home games, 1 away to WBA. +1 away against Chelsea. We really should have enough to secure 4th.

A few good points -

Milner was excellent, Gini was good, too, Karius will feel good about himself, Clyne looked pretty good and fresh, and VVD was steady, too.

Disappointing that neither Solanke nor Ings managed a goal. I still think just one goal will really spark Ings into form. Solanke looks like he needs to work on his technique a bit more. Ings played a couple of clever passes, Solanke just looked slow to react when the few chances came.
