You can't get rid of every reserve goalkeeper, someone has to sit on the bench and play in nets for the reserves.

I intentionally left out the reserves/young players because I don't know much about them but it seems the likes of Darby, Hansen etc. have been around for ages and haven't had even a remote look into the first team so at least some of them could probably be added on the list or at least available for loan

Indeed. Seems strange that people are now wanting to keep the likes Lucas and Spearing (both of which I agree with) yet are ready to ditch other players who are a lot younger.

When both Spearing and Lucas were that age everyone would have wanted to get rid of them. All some of these players need is a chance.

I haven't seen all the kids play other than the obvious ones, Darby has always looked poor to me. I suppose there's a case for Agger and Aurelio too, though I wouldn't label them deadwood as both are quality players (when fit).

I think ive only seen him play like 5 times. Nothing personal in it, if others think he'll be good id be happy to bow to their knowledge. I left the likes of Suso, Coady etc in as ive seen sparks of great play from them.

Wisdom is one our best prospects. Won the u17 euro championships along with Coady and is now an important figure in the England u19s.
