Manchester United have now crossed the t's and dotted the - er, lower case j's - on Daley Blind's deal. It's a £14m move and he has signed a four-year deal.

There's a trend here, Cleverly deal off as he wanted £80k/week (£4m/year)

i'm coming round to boringi staying. we're in 4 comps and i don't think we have enough up front. he's shite but he's an option.
If my reasoning is right (it probably isnt) then we'll have a very motivated 4th choice striker.

BBC - We understand that Arsenal and Manchester United have agreed a fee of £16m forDanny Welbeck

Be interesting to see if Mario or welbeck will be better value for money

well, if we end up using him then i guess those who said we need a fourth striker will be proved right.

£16 M buys you:

1 .Danny Wellbeck, 23yrs 10 mths, 82 appearances and 19 League goals in the last 3 seasons. Alledgedly on £80k/week.

or

2. Mario Ballotelli, 24 yrs 0 mnths, 80 appearances and 40 league goals in the last 3 seasons

Welbeck only need 1 more goal to equal Neil Shipperleys Premier League total. Crack on son, you can do it!
124 games and 28 goals. 16 mill £

If you were an arsenal fan youd be proper cunted off wouldnt you?
Chelsea - Costa and Remy
Liverpool - Sturridge and Balotelli
United - Van Persie and Falcao
City - Aguero and Jovetic
Arsenal ...... Giroud.......and maybe MAYBE Wellbeck.
Jumpin jahosafats!!
