The 18 year-old Ghanaian is attracting huge interest across Europe after a superb season in the Allsvenskan in which he helped his side finish in seventh spot.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is keen to bring Amartey, a keen Manchester United supporter, to Anfield, something which the young star has confirmed.
"I have been in contact with the club," he told Nyheter24.
"It's a good club that I could play in."[/article]

"It had been misconduct by the big leagues not to follow him."
Amartey's agent, Patrick Dark, also confirmed a number of Europe's top clubs are tracking his client, but did not comment on whether Liverpool had made an approach.[/article]

Having cut the ball out at the back, Amartey launches an attack and sprints at full tilt for the penalty area. He receives the ball again just outside the box, where he is felled.
