CL semi finals.

This is like a game of Volleyball.
Semi finals are always cagey affairs but this is taking the piss.

And if they fluke a 0-1, Mourinho will be cheered as a tactical genius. Even with the fact that they are playing to chelsea's strength with all the stuff in the air, if Atletico had a little better finishing today, they'd have a goal.

I think you are being a little kind to AM there; they've been utterly shite the moment they reach the edge of the box and resort to playing it out wide and throwing in a cross to Costa. If that's all Simeone can think up he can take over at Old Trafford.

A bit disapointed in Atletico. Yes Chelsea have parked the bus but 90 mins of crossing the ball when its clearly not working is a bit a shite.

0-0 is a decent result for them though. They're undefeated in the CL this year and can easily get a result at SB.

This is like watching an old England match. No skill no passing or class on ball. Defend, show spirit and courage and hope for a set piece goal. Embarrassing

I don't really understand playing for a 0-0 away with away goals. Mourinho keeping all his players back for the corner at the end.

What a horrible advertisement for the sport.

What a pathetic counter attack that was. AM are shite. But then, La Liga is shite apart from Real and Barca.

Atletico will go through.
There's no way Chelsea will score two and I'd fancy Atletico to score in Sb.

Is there any chance Ramires will be banned in time for the weekend? Hope Hazard is stool broken too.

Occasionally Real and Barca have a simultaneous slump (by their standards) and another team manages to win the title. In the last 30 years that has only happened on 4 occasions (Valencia twice, Deportivo and AM themselves). This could be another year, although AM haven't won it yet and their last match is away to Barca.

I must have been watching a different game to everyone else, as AM looked shite. If you saw something in them to worry about apart from a stream of crosses hoping to find the head of Costa, point me to the highlights.

Wasn't blown away by them but then again most teams in la liga don't go parking the bus with 11 men behind the ball as chelsea did.

Having said that, they did look a little lost on the creative front and could have done with someone like coutinho/sterling to add that killer pass.

Utter dirge. They were even celebrating at the end so it was job done.

We need to beat these for the good of football.
