first time I had a proper look at him yesterday. looks a real player, in fact I'm thinking how we're going to keep him and mata in check in the final.

A very good player, despite the miss of the season contender vs Benfica.
luiz, ramires and mata make up a good trio of talent and all three are still very young.
Aye, me, but then it gets boring being this right this often.

Are we still trying to disprove the ramblings of that perma-wrong attack dog. Its been clear since the Confederations cup that Ramires was going to be great. He's bt no means reached the peak of his talents either.

Smalling hasn't been that great this year - injuries have hampered him.
El Mohamady's not done that much this year.
Wellbeck has been average since his great start.
Sandro has barely played.
Young had a great start to the season, and then injures hampered him. His dives have given him media attention though.
Mulumbu - he's been solid this year but nothings pecial
Tchoyi - he's been very average from the little I've seen of him. Has he even scored a goal this year?
He was fantastic at the season's beginning ... but has struggled to find the net and I don't think you're really going to defend a striker scoring 8 goals in 28 games on that team ...
Oh I agree, I think he's a great player in the making if he stays healthy. He just hasn't 'taken the step up' this season ...

Sandro is horribly overrated, he's barely got a look in this season.
