Essien went over the top on Mascherano there. That was evil. And it was intentional.

Think we're playing well - look fairly secure at the back; both FB's getting forward well, Riera giving it away a lot, Gerrard well involved, Mascher biting around the back and Lucas having a good game.

Liked seeing Torres give Terry a little touch just to let himknow he's there.

Drogba and Anelka do look troubling with their pace though.
