Wow. That was superb. OK, we gave them a goal, but afterwards we showed that we can slow a game down, and lower the pace of the game. Chelsea were humbled today, and their supporters knew it. That was outstanding.

Dominant performance in the first half, But yet again our defence made it difficult for ourselves in the 2nd half
10 points from 5 games, 4 of which are away from home, not a bad start to the season at all, given the calibres of teams we have played
Sort or Defensive woes out I might just start to believe

Hendo was fucking amazing tonight.
Nerve wracking, painful watch that, I'm so disappointed with how we conceded that goal, awful from Henderson, Matip and Lovern, if we ever have ambitions for the very top we need to sort that shit out. But fuck me, massive win that, 7pts from Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham away is pretty incredible.

Played well. I thought Wijnaldum was terrific.

It was great because they made their displeasure so obvious you could almost imagine a spoiled child stamping their feet and demanding this outrage cease with immediate effect.
Giving that tiresome Gerrard song an outing was about as much enjoyment they got out of that game.

* Hendo is getting better and better in midfield. Still needs to do more defensively. Poor concentration for their goal.
* Matip and Lovren need a lot credit for that win. Bar the goal, Matip didn't give Costa any space. Just what we need, a player who's strong in the air.
* Miller looking more and more like a left fullback. Very good performance.
* Wijnaldum showed some great work rate.
* Hope Sturridge is OK.
