The chance to bring in good young manager that can rebuild this squad. As you say our season is over. I do not want this inept cunt to have anything to do with rebuilding the squad, mid table mediocrity written all over it.

to be honest I think the time to sack him (this season) has gone, there is nothing to gain as we're unlikely to secure a top class manager in the winter. roy will see out the season and hopefully he wont get us relegated.
