And what the fuck was he doing with his face? Has he lost his mind?

He was trying to recall the name of Alan Pardew to congragulate him .

The interview on monday on LFC TV will be interesting. If Henry publicly backs Hodgson again, I' m finished for the season.
[/quote]

I decided that after the Spurs game, yet here I am still torturing myself.

Anyway I can't say Ive really noticed Mr Moo before but I don't really get why everyones having a go at him, he's right. We do need to sack him

Look, we all know Roy isn't the answer but change the fucking record moo. It's boring

As I said earlier, it's a forum for open discussion. So, if you don't like it you know what to do. Besides this forum is like the same record half the time.

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

we sack roy now and install kenny and poor results continue, what then?

we sack roy and make a kneejerk appointment and poor results continue, what then?

let roy see out the season and take the 6 months till the end of the end to get the best manager for the job, a manager who is going to be here for the long term not just a manager who is simply 'better than roy' because that's pretty much everyone.

if we hire someone on a whim and he's mediocre then it will create a revolving door of managers as we go from one knee jerk decision to the next.

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

Come on man. We've lost for the 3rd time in a row away, with the exact same tactic. I'd rather have Roys wife in charge.

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

It's not just the results, though, Neil. It's the shitty, apathetic approach he takes to it. Talking down the club, the fans, the players. At least with Kenny we know he knows the club, loves the club, wants to see Liverpool back at the top. Not content with 2-0 defeats against Everton and one away win in 43 years or whatever it is.

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

Every change of manager is a risk, but leaving Roy in charge will be the biggest risk of all. There's ZERO argument for doing that, thereby landing the next guy with an even harder job to do than it need have been.

And appointing the King as caretaker, while we make damn sure we get someone we really want, would hardly be acting "on a whim".

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

Hahahahaha, Blackpool have won more away games this season than Roy has in 3 and half seasons.

*slits wrists*

I'm not defending roy in any way shape or form I'm just saying take the time from now till the end of the season to sound out the RIGHT manager.

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

Yeah so what's the point of having Roy here, taking the clubs money, to churn out this shite regularly? Sack him now. Get the King in who knows and loves the club while we search for someone with an ounce of competence.

You're like the same record lad. Since when did a "Bye Bye Roy" and a fucking winking smiley constitute discussion? Pack your obvious wind up shite in or you know what to do.

Yeah, they could also put Kenny in charge until the summer while they look for the right man.

what if kenny comes in and does a fantastic job, should we still go for another manager?

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

Happy fans
Happy players
Restoring 'the Liverpool way'
A team that play better football
The odd away win
Europa League football (At best)
Pride

Could go on.

To be honest, I only said put Kenny in now because I think he'd get a bit more out the players than Roy. I still have reservations about him. I'd go for Deschamps even if Kenny did a great job (unless he won the league or something).

I know what your saying about having reservations, but could we possibly be any worse off?

Suppose his legend status could be damaged if things didn't go well, but something needs to change.

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

Are the club happy for us to accept this dross?!
He should never have been appointed. Definately shouldve been sacked once it was clear he was out of his depth.
To carry on like this every week is a disgrace and making a joke of the history of our club.
Were on course for another 6th, 7th or 8th place finish at this rate. Sandwhiched inbetween Birmingham and Stoke.
Roy needs to go almost just to let everyone know this is unacceptable.
I don't mind loosing a game how we played at spurs. I however hate loosing a game were we look second like we can't even get the fundamentals right.

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

I don't care, this season is a write off. I'm not going to mope about this shit every weekend. I passed up watching the game live for sex today, and it was logical; my wife won't always fuck me, but right now, liverpool always will.

I firmly believe things will start improving as NESV exerts their influence. Until then we are watching the tail end of a desperate illness, and Hodgson is the disturbing, lingering, unproductive dry cough.

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

I've kept myself out of these threads for most of the season.

I mean, I really did not support Hodgson being brought in but I bit my tongue and thought fuck it, I'll support him.

We've had some shocking performances and some good ones but I still do firmly believe he's not good enough.

While I do want him gone, I'm not going to sit and moan about it, he's shit, but he's our shit, all we can do is sit and support as much as we can and hope the owners see sense and make the right decision.

Re: BYE BYE ROY (part 2) !!!!!

I agree with Farky, I just can't be arsed anymore, it feels shit that I don't care as much as I should.

i still don't get why people talk as if it takes 6 months to find the right manager! NESV have had enough time to already have a pretty good idea. it's not rocket science.

henry took about 3 weeks deciding whether to BUY an entire football club.
he took about 2 weeks to appoint comolli as DOF.
what's so fucking special about a manager that these talented people need 10 times that time to find a credible option.

they don't. sack hodgson. give kenny the job for the next month on the understanding that he won't keep it. appoint manager early next year.

just fucking do it.
