Right now I doubt Rafa is concerned with the long term development of Liverpool prospects.

Gerrard and Aqualani have linked well and easily been our two best players. Maxi Babel and especially Kuyt have been utterly useless. Once again our defending from crosses is shambolic and this insistence Rafa has on brining 11 players back into the box to defend a corner no matter how many players the opposition send forward is Sunday league level tactics.

Agree Aquaman has been just as good as Gerrard.

Gerrard has been completely inconsistent with his passing, but he's still the only player likely to actually do anything, and he's easily had more impact than Aquilani.
