Should we keep? Seems to be scoring again, and he's trying to fit in with klopps style.

Surely it's be criminal to get rid after 1 season?

Is this where loads of posters start arguing that they spotted him as a great signing first?

I actually think he's a good player. Just not suited to the way we play. I'd be tempted to keep him unless we got close to what we paid for him.

I think he'd be a solid 15+ a season forward if he played frequently for us , unforutnely I also think itd be to the detriment of the rest of the team.

Sell him for the greater good etc etc

Like for the title alone.

Dunno really. We paid a lot for a player who clearly didn't suit our team, played him and found out he didn't suit our team, and now are looking to sell him likely at a large loss.

What can we get in return for him? Should still be asking 25m and would sell at that price. Less than 20m and I'm not sure.

Misses too many chances. Sell

His stock is high, we should get part of the fee back, 25+ million with add ons

I dont think we'll have a problem selling him and could probably get 25 mill.
I like him and he seems as a decent lad but in the end he doesnt quite fit in.

Sell.

He's obviously a striker with qualities and would score goals in the right set up as he has shown at Villa and in glimpses with us.

Problem is he will never be able to adapt to Klopps style and isn't reliable as an impact sub week in week out.

He simply misses too many chances.

Other teams can see his value and will bid high for him.

Sell and get someone more mobile and suited to our new system.

We are going to sell. No-one doubts this, nor does anyone argue he isn't quality. It's not like we are offloading a liability or an injured former great, everyone knows he's a potential superstar at a different club that plays to his advantage.

We don't so he'll get sold. Simple.

Agree with your first two sentences, can't understand how you draw your conclusion from them. If he's not suited here (as you rightly say) he has to go.

As said, he's a good player and a good striker, his record speaks for itself. He does miss chances, but so did Andy Cole (for instance), but he's not really been a great fit Liverpool and it's been six of one, half a dozen of the other on that note. At times he's looked like he hasn't wanted to adjust, and so have we.

We'll sell him and he'll go to London and bang them in for a team that will play to his strengths. Good luck to the lad.

With the ridiculous money that's going to be washing around the Premier League this summer we are sure to get most of our money back. No doubt, he'll end up putting monstrous performances against us like he did for Villa, but he just doesn't suit our style of footie. He'll always be a plan B.

Klopp clearly doesn't rate him and anyone else can see he isn't suited to a high intensity game.

Good player who will do well, but he's a definite mistake we should have avoided. Fortunately we shouldn't have to lose too much on him. £25M minimum.

He can do a job for us. Despite not being great he has got a decent amount of goals for us. Plus he hasn't had a long run under Klopp. We've seen how he's improved a load of players during his short tenure. So I think, unless we get a decent amount for him, it would be worth keeping him for about 10+ goals a season.

Ideally we sell him abroad, as I think he'll score shitloads in our league playing with the right team.
He's got to go though really, if we can get 25mill'ish. None of this fucking loan bollocks and a promise to buy like with Carroll.

Decently argued, but we've looked worse as a unit when we've tried to shoehorn him into the pattern, which is why he hasn't had and will never get a long run under Klopp. It's quite true that we need a decent fee for him and I'd want more than £20 mill, but I wouldn't set a minimum of £25 mill. Somewhere between the two would be enough for me.

Wish we sold Andy to a foreign team, so I don't have to be reminded that we paid £35 mill for him.
