Early in the first half I thought Lucas was stepping up to the Alonso role. Gardner gave him a good hoof and got a yellow the Ferguson went in on him. If that had of been Alonso on the end of those tackles it would have been a red at the very least.

I'm afraid I thought Konchesky was poor in the first half though. The fact that he's still been one of our better performers says more about the display as a whole than it does about him.
