Big D vs Twitter

And you clearly have misread what I said ... National Parks and Protected Marine environments = protected. Now how difficult is that to understand?

In that case I understand, he shouldn't have done that. You will also understand that if those environments are subsequently damaged then they'll get away with it by hiding behind the regulations they demonstrably adhered to, and all that will happen is the regulations will need to be changed, until the next time they fail to work and get changed again.

Well, how difficult is it?

If the current laws, regulations on whatever level are currently defending Koch-brothers cunts are in conflict with maintaining environmental protection they need to be changed.

You are damn right he shouldn't have done that.

The licences however permit them to damage the environment : lay gas pipelines across protected land (and native land - haven't you seen the 2-3 year protests going on)? Expand fracking. Fish in previously protected delicate marine environments (off the NW coastline), drill for oil in the Arctic (which was previously expressly forbidden) and so on and so on.

The damage will be done under licence so, although conservation groups will protest, the exploiting corporations will be protected under the terms of Trump's licences.

Biden has said he will rescind much of the damage Trump has done, however that remains to be seen and I'm not sure how they can rescind licences and stop work in progress.

Hahaha Biden will offshore the damage to your back yard instead, collecting his 10% in the process. The terms of the permit will be that they leave the land as they found it, any intervening changes and disruption during the course of their work is not strictly damage.

Finding out Guilliani is getting paid 20 grand a day to play My Cousin Vinny just made me lol for a bit and then question my life choices.

I questioned mine the other day. A colleague was losing her shit because her kid wouldn’t sleep. She enquired about a sleep coach who wanted 3 grand to come show her what to do over 2 nights. I just told her get the kid in a bedtime routine and let him cry it out.

That worked and I didn’t get 3 grand.

My boss paid 8 grand for sleep training in NYC. The person comes, does sleep routine for three nights and then, guaranteed, it's done, your kid sleeps through the night.

I always thought that was crazy. Then, a few weeks into sleep training with my kid, at around 2am it started to seem to be more and more just another nice convenience to being rich.

When we were in that phase I briefly contemplated lashing a few grand on a card just to get some sleep.

Trump paying $3m for a partial recount in Wisconsin.

Assuming "partial" means just votes by black people.

Trump’s man of principle at least, he may have won Georgia if it wasn’t for the he was so hell bent on suppression of mail in votes.
I mean when was the last time a democrat even got close to winning Georgia, probably not since they removed the confederation flag , says it all...

Yes, because because his economic policies were right. It requires little to no intelligence to decide to implement those policies, the only reason no other modern politician does it is because they're corrupt fucking cunts who are owned by their corporate donors, as you will soon discover with creepy joe.

Yeah, now that I think about it, it does require balls of steel to give the richest and most powerful people in the country a huge tax cut, balloon the national debt at a time of economic expansion (borrowing trillions from future generations to build precisely nothing - did he even pave one fucking road?), give your biggest donors sweetheart deals or positions in government and appoint your incompetent inbred son-in-law to preside over every critical function of government. If only all politicians were so brave to stand up and fight for the little guy!

I see one of the names that the Trump campaign have used as an example of voter fraud in the name of dead people in Georgia, Deborah Jean Christiansen, is alive and well.
Tucker Carlson even used her as an example on his tv show.
But when another network paid her a visit, there she was alive and all well.
She even voted for Trump in 2016, but changed to Biden in 2020.

What a shitshow the Trump administration is, just absurd.

Did she sign an affidavit?

Probably related to these fucking morons who voted, then turned into pussies, and are now saying woe is us we made a mistake long after the fact. For once I hope the threats they received materialise.

So one of the dead voters is alive ?

Why did they only look for one person ?

She was one of the cases that were used as an example in national media.
From the Trump campaign and Tucker Carlson.

So now that example has been disproven, do you think it's safe to extrapolate to all other examples and conclude there was no fraud?

There have been a few examples were journos have taken 50 from the list at random and found them alive and well. If the opposite was true Trump might have won a related case.

In that event the matter has been cleared up and the case was decided correctly. Has no relevance to any of the other cases or claims. It looks like Trump has been tweeting graphs, and one of the latest cases is narrowing in on the voting data. That will settle the question with certainty assuming they hand it over.

CNN examined records for 50 Michiganders who Trump supporters claim are dead voters. They found 37 were dead and had not voted. Five are alive and had voted, and the remaining eight are also alive but didn’t vote.

This would take a couple of minutes to clear up by getting the data and using an excel formula even the serco test and trace people would struggle to fuck up. The latest filing in one of the Arizona cases for example:

To back up for a moment: what the statute at issue (16-602) contemplates is a comparison between “the number of votes cast as indicated on the machine or tabulator with the number of votes cast as indicated on the poll list,” by precinct as opposed to polling place. The problem that has been raised by the County is that doing a “hand” comparison of ballots to poll lists by precinct cannot be done in fewer than fourteen days, which Mr. Jarrett’s Declaration was submitted to support.

However, the “error” in Mr. Jarrett’s Declaration mentioned above means one very important thing: that the County can do an electronic comparison, which Plaintiff believes is extremely easy to do. It should be as easy as comparing two sets of data in an Excel spreadsheet: (1) the number of votes reported by machines for each precinct (which Jarrett now admits is read and recorded electronically), and (2) the number of votes recorded by the poll list for each precinct (which is also electronic). This comparison would be an “electronic” (instead of hand-count) comparison that otherwise satisfies the statute fully, i.e. a comparison of poll lists to tabulation machines by precinct.

The democrats are refusing to check it because it would take too long. The republicans are saying what the fuck man, it's a two minute job.
