Biden was speaking like a loser, continually addressing people in their homes, calling them poor, pretending to be a saviour, but his words were jumbled up, he was randomly stopping mid-sentence and then restarting, his facial expression showed he was in deep thought having to work hard for every word emanating from his mouth, he became abusive a couple of times which was not a good look, he started talking in a hushed tone which was bizarre, possibly due to him running out of energy. He's not fit to be president, physically, mentally, policy wise. A total disaster.

The United States is obviously in decay. There's a reason we've spent part of the last four years securing German dual citizenship for my wife and child. The only saving grace with Trump has been that he's such an idiot that his primitive and effective instinct for the media isn't coupled with any particular ethos. That won't be true of future xenophobic, racist populists, who will benefit from all the precedents he's destroyed.

Biden is clearly another pedestrian Democratic appointment who lacks any real vision, and is a below average public speaker. He's very underwhelming. But he's also the only sane choice, from a system that doesn't give you many options. Trump is such a repugnant human being that anything other than a landslide loss for him will be disgusting to me and millions of others.

Trumps goal is to energize his base and convince moderates that there's no point voting. It might still work. If he's reelected the nail is in the coffin for any degree of American leadership, and on a personal level, I don't think I can take it anymore. I'm too fucking lazy and busy to work toward some better America. The best way an average individual can change politics they find repugnant is to move.

I doubt we'll move to Germany, but somewhere else in the EU, probably Spain. I'll talk it over with my accountant, lots of difficult decisions will need to be made about all our various massive holdings.

I actually do think he can’t afford to lose this election - there’s too much on the line for him - none of it political.

In the end, it’ll come down to whether the Republicans can get their Supreme Court Majority solidified - that would probably be more important to getting conservative policy enacted than anything else.

The Republicans can then jettison the orange clown before he actually blows up the world.

Losing the election and spending the next 4 years blaming the Democrats for everything is probably preferable to spending the next 4 years apologising for the orange clown’s incompetence, while he wrings every last cent he can out of being President to avoid bankruptcy and starts a full on race war.
