Big D vs Twitter

Some Ukrainian/Afghan refugee or an Indian minimal wage worker would gladly do their jobs for a quarter of their salary and will work 24 hours for you too. While the West and the Unions cry human rights abuse, they see it as survival. And Elon strikes me as the type who will exploit that.

Would they? Really??
Assuming they provide quality too but assume total bollocks but just in case they do, could you provide the CVs because my company are interested in these old stereotype workers you speak of…

https://www.payscale.com/research/IN/Skill=Data_Analysis/Hourly_Rate

So that's around $6 per hour, which given the predictions and graphs they plot from the data will be no worse than the laughable ones the american data analyst produces for $60 per hour they decide to get off their bean bags and do some work, it's a no brainer for your company.

Get a 404, let’s hope their work is better than this…

Perhaps the IT staff who supplied your company laptop/phone have put a block on any sites related to the pay scale for Indian IT staff, by complete accident of course.

I don’t access personal sites on work gear, that would be very unprofessional.
This sort of link shows what you got with cheap labour…

Perhaps I wasn't clear, the link works fine, it's where I got the hourly rate from. It works fine for everyone: https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/payscale.com.html. So if you can't access it, that's because your vpn or firewall or browser is blocking it without you realising, and that's why you've incorrectly invented the alternative explanation to criticise cheap labour.

He is to Musk as want Dantes is to Trump.

Some might say it is xenophobic to prevent Musk running for president because of his ethnicity. Indeed the democrats ought to fight to amend the constitution accordingly. Then I could foresee President Musk making america even greater again.

So the link returns a 404, it means the specific resource doesn’t exist. It is nothing to do with host site being down so your second link is of no relevance here, it would help you understood the basics of site hostage before spouting rubbish as this. Go and read upon OSI layers.

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough. The link works. Your ability to access the link is your problem. You also have no idea what the 404 refers to, it's a generic error that is returned for a thousand reasons.

Depends how it’s used, 404 means resource not found and if implemented properly by host app it means exactly that. Read up on it here https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status

Sounds like you are frothing over having no idea again hence why you posted the send link related to the host site being down or not. Do you have an actual Indian, Afghan or Ukranian engineer contact who knows what he’a talking about?

Anyway back to the original point, you are proposing to replace possibly over half of Twitter staff (at least over 11k) with 6$ offshore data analysts? Good luck with that idea, most of them are probably diversity and inclusion advisors anyway right.

I can't be bothered, you're the one who has no idea that 404 lacks the specificity you want it to have, has no idea of the ball park hourly rates of software developers or data scientists in other countries then proceeds to argue instead of accept the figure I took the time to get for you, has no idea how to pick up on a joke about your IT supports motivations, it's simply excruciating, then randomly say I'm frothing and that I have no idea about some unspecified thing you've imagined up? Go argue with someone else who cares.

He's crippled any continuity he may have had, before he really has an understanding of how anything works.

I'm very happy that some people at least have repudiated the idea that there is something virtuous, or even useful, in working "hardcore."

There's nothing useful in it at all. It leads to people who don't have any creativity. People who are happy where they work and don't work extreme amounts of hours are more productive. People have lives and families. Elon could do with a break himself, maybe he wouldn't make so many seemingly impetuous decisions if he had more sleep. Maybe he'd be a better leader if he knew what life was about.

Klopp is big on work-life balance, so that's one of the reasons I'm a believer in this too. Of course if you're a start-up filled with 20-somethings by all means sleep on the floor and work 16 hour days. But you can't force this on people, particularly salaried employees in IT who have lots of other career options – they will just run for the exits and that's exactly what happened. The only question is – did he not anticipate this or was it all a part of a plan? And what exactly would be the pay-off of such a plan?

Oh good - Dantes is back - just when we need him most to fill the void created by the World Cup, death of Twitter and other assorted skip fires.

Rejoice!!!!

Looks like loads of previously banned ppl are back.
Peterson and Kanye..
Elon drew the line at Alex Jones though

I suspect it's an easy way for him to get funding from his Russian mates. If he was into that type of thing.
