Liverpool & Milan are in talks over a possible return for Balotelli.

Balotelli transfer is almost a done deal, his agent will discuss only the final details with Liverpool.

I say go for it. Despite previous problems he's done better in Italy than he has with us, and he's never going to earn a move elsewhere if he stays here.

You say pay all of his costs and get zero benefit?

I'd rather keep him on the bench just in case we can very need him , at least there's potential for some return there for our pennies

No, there isn't. There just isn't. That's the ultimate triumph of hope over experience.

The benefit we'd get BTW is taking a step closer to getting rid of the guy, which is absolute top priority in this whole sad business.

Nope.

Just nope

Didn't say it would be guaranteed to achieve that. Of course there's a risk that they'd send him back at the end of the loan period. What IS guaranteed is that at LFC he'll be doing nothing except train with the kids and will never persuade anyone to sign him on a permanent. If he goes, there's a slim chance he'll do well enough to sell himself. If he stays, it's a racing certainty he won't.

LTW has you landed and on the way to the cannery.

So Milan have confirmed that loan talks are taking place but they want to split his wage costs with us .

Hmm.

As long as there's a loan fee involved which is greater than our side of the wages, fine.

Is that whats being reported Wiz?

That's pretty much us paying nothing then. If we can't sell him we might as well do that
