This is a poor tactical display by Klopp. We're playing an inverted diamond which is just a bad idea unless the DM at the base really knows his job, and the two attacking CMs are half-decent passers.

Henderson isn't a DM, and Lallana and Wijnaldum aren't passers.

There's been absolutely no control over the ball in midfield consequently. Henderson doesn't have the knowledge of covering space deep either, so Arsenal are getting a lot of joy.

This really isn't an issue of lack of pressing.

Agreed. Lallana want in a position to see anything at all so I'm not blaming him. I think more players need to whip the ball across the goal regardless of who is there though, it's almost always leads to at least a corner.
