Carroll. Dalgish. Rodgers.
Could somone show me the quotes in all this. That Shie that Rogers confirms he dies not want Carroll, that Carroll wants to go to Newcastle, and that we want 20m.....happy hunting.
I an not saying it can't happen, but other than a slight inflection at a press conference a couple if weeks ago this is all based on shite.

We're talking about one performance for England here, in which he scored a picture book header. And for all these supposedly dominant performances for Liverpool at the end of the season, there was still a relative shortage of goals. And he's yet to show that these big performances are anything more than fleeting. Heskey was unplayable on his day, too. I'm not saying I think Carroll is in the same bracket, but in terms of being a regular goal-scorer, Carroll is still largely unproven at this level.
