I don't think they'd have signed Firmino assuming anything for Raheem tbh (not to say it hadn't factored in their thinking of course). There are only about two clubs if not one in the world who want Raheem enough/have the resources to match our supposed asking price, and £30m is a lot to spend making the assumption that it'll definitely materialise.

We can but hope.
