Dead jammy being slightly, maybe, depends how you interpret the new rules offside player that didn't touch the ball...We are going to batter them 1:0 with a dead jammy undeserved goal.

One good option that might work best for an away game against a strong opponent is a 4-3-2-1, so-called "Christmas tree" formation. It's almost the same as the "diamond," but with 2 AMs and one striker instead the other way around. So it could be Coutinho and Lallana/Firmino supporting Benteke, or even one of the CMs (Hendo or Milner) pushed forward in this position to put more pressure on Casorla, for instance.
For maximum defensive strength we could start with this front 6:
-------Benteke
Coutinho--Henderson
---Can-Lucas-Milner
Tell Can to shadow Ramsey and tackle him at every opportunity. Milner and Clyne will need to deal with Sanchez threat, Lucas doing what he does best and tidy up the loose ends. Then bring on Firmino/Lallana/Ibe as needed in the 2nd half.
I think us trying to be cautious will lead to a thumping. When we start fast and brave against them we shake them up badly and most of them are exposed as the vainglorious poltroons they really are. Treat them huge respect and they preen themselves, pull you apart within half an hour and are off in the corner taking selfies by half time.
We need to go full Eurpoean Benitez for this. Two tight, disciplined banks of 4 and an AM drifting in front of them. I'd go with a midfield and attack like this
Henderson Can Milner Moreno
Coutinho
Benteke

BTW I read a piece yesterday where Lallana said that BR has a plan for Arsenal with the aim of us coming away with all 3 points. That doesn't sound like an ultra-defensive formation if the players fancy it.
What's this annual mauling I keep reading about anyway?
LFCHistory:
-- League form against them - away: LDWDLL
In reverse chronological order: last season's 4-1 was bad. The season before that, it was a 2-0 defeat. Then undefeated in 3 straight seasons there. Then a 1-0 squeaker.
The way people are going on about being mauled there every year, you'd think we were going to play Stoke away.

I'm going to this and hopefully won't have my face broadcast on sky sports in the Arse end at the 90th minute when they are in full voice celebrating a 2-0.
We are going to batter them 1:0 with a dead jammy undeserved goal.
We're due a league title too and that's not happening soon.
Its only 9 months to next May; not that long to wait. We're due a league title too and that's not happening soon.
Shush you, it IS happening soon.
Don't mean to sound all pessimistic, and I'm not really trying to spark a debate, but I can't imagine it ever happening in my lifetime. I've never seen it happen.
I'd definitely do the 4-4-2 diamond (changeable into a 4-3-3). Back 4 remains the same
--------------Can
-----Milner------Henderson
------------Coutinho
------Firmino----Benteke
Instructions to Milner and Henderson to make Cazorla's life hell. Can at DM is a bit dodgy against a good team, but like I said none of Arsenal's central attackers have much pace, so hopefully Can's lack of pace won't be a huge issue.
Coutinho to start in the hole, but if required (to avoid Coquelin marking him), he should have the liberty to move left and let Firmino drop into the hole.
Instruct Benteke to rough up Mertesacker and Koscielny at every opportunity.
Firmino to have a free role, and wreak havoc as he pleases.
