I'm sharing that America knew well in advance and passed on the info and it seems Russia and Putin dismissed it completely.

Putin a few days ago openly mocking Western warnings about an immnent terrorist attack.
Would the average Russian have known about the warnings in question?
The US warned them, as they do many countries of potential threats based on their intelligence apparatus.

Absurd situation – ISIS-K has taken responsibility, but Russia is still blaming everyone else they can think of: Ukraine, USA, "Zionists"... ISIS keeps releasing videos and information to prove it's really them, but Russia is only interested in shifting blame.

Knowing of "an" attack is different than knowing of "the" attack ... as Ukraine is going to bear the brunt of the response it can be judged as a false flag in our day and age ... but sometimes, these fuckers get through.

Nothing stirs up patriotism like an attack against its people. This will allow Russia to go harder against Ukraine civilian infrastructure.
