Wasn't it @rurikbird that explained in this thread not more than a week ago first hand why it has nothing to do with NATO 'expanding'? But that doesn't fit the narrative necessary to get one up on the right wingers, so your reprogramming by the reliable sources has now erased that explanation from memory. Poor the rurikbird.
