To be fair to him he just showed a bit of decent control and a good turn but I never see anything to warrant his status as #9 for Real Madrid. I remember him being really exciting and skilful as a youngster but not any more, he doesn't even seem to be a particularly accomplished finisher.

Not saying Griezmann isn't a good player or anything, he obviously had a very good season for his club but from watching him in the World Cup i fail to see what it is that makes people get excited and rate him so highly.
