Just added Paulinho, Sandro and Rafael.
So much for twitter being an indicator.

Liverpool FC are locked in a battle with Tottenham for Brazilian winger Willian.
Both clubs have held talks with Anzhi Makhachkala and are willing to meet the Russian outfit’s asking price of around £28million.
Much now hinges on the Reds’ ability to agree personal terms with the 25-year-old and convince him that Anfield would be the ideal destination.
Willian is considering the rival offers and is expected to make a decision about his future in the next 48 hours.
Aly Cissokho is set to undergo a medical today ahead of completing his season-long loan move to Liverpool from Valencia.
The Reds have the option to sign the French left-back on a permanent basis for around £4million next summer.
The ECHO understands Liverpool have also renewed their pursuit of Sporting Lisbon centre-back Tiago Ilori.
Rodgers was keen to wrap up a deal back in June but talks between the clubs broke down.
The Reds had a bid of around £3million rejected with Sporting demanding more than double that amount.
However, Ilori’s refusal to pen a new contract in Portugal has given Liverpool hope that a compromise fee can now be agreed for the 20-year-old.

The Reds were represented at Sporting’s game against Arouca yesterday and further discussions were held with the young defender’s representatives.

"@TonyBarretTimes: @weeredman1 The noises coming out of London are that Spurs are increasingly confident of signing him."

i would love to know who drives these negotiations . Rodgers made a comment in regards to the armenian lad that if he could have got to talk to him directly things might have turned out differently . Well if rodgers really wants this lad he should be right in there and driving things , asking to speak to him and having lucas deliver fuck loads of pizza.

And i'm fucking baffled . How have spurs become such a desirable club on the back of a few 4ths and 5ths ?

He can fuck off to Spurs if he doesn't want to come here.

I don't care. He's overpriced and I haven't really heard of him until last week.

IF we miss out on this guy, serious questions need to be asked on our negotiating tactics as we spend weeks talking to players, just for another club swooping in and taking our target in a matter of hours.

Dortmond did with that Miki fella and now its "appears" spurs are doing it with this guy.

All these smokescreens covering up the Eriksen deal is starting to get a bit tedious...

PS Having seen Willian a handful of times he strikes me as a very tidy, gifted player in the Coutinho mould, who loves to cut in from the left.

And that's why this link actually slightly baffles me a bit, as we've already got Coutinho doing a perfect Coutinho, Sterling and Ibe ready to step up as well as options in the likes of Aspas and Borini.

Don't get me wrong it would be lovely to have more Coutinho's but I believe we should be first and foremost looking to add a central positioned playmaker rather than another tricky winger. Especially with this arguably inflated looking prize-tag of his.

Perhaps we've never really been that interested though? I mean did this link not first appear as soon as Anzhi told everyone about their wholesale? Are our interest genuine, has it been confirmed?

It's obvious we were looking to buy Henrikh and lost out but I am not so sure about this one.

We fuck about way too much with transfer targets. There's no doubt about it.

Err we never spoke to the Armenian. How do you know we've been speaking to this guy for weeks? Like most of us, you know sweet FA bout what's being said or done. So we really can't say we need to question ourselves.

Nah but we lodged a bid last Thurs/Fri and in that time it appears Spurs have come in for him and he's heading there.

Not decisive enough.
