Balotelli is lashing out because Carragher hates him, and thinks he's shit; an opinion he has not been shy in expressing on more than one occasion.
He's perfectly entitled to have a go back, if he wants. Don't blame him either. He's probably a bit miffed about the constant ragging he gets, even if it is almost all entirely deserved
