It was much to do with the fact that I'd only just recovered from a back operation and shouldn't have been running let alone playing footie. But let him believe that. Pace is fine and he has plenty of it, but he also had the advantage that he's at least 12 years my junior. If it came down to some physicality on a smaller pitch, I would be the victor! Plus I'm now fully recovered from the back problems.
And if we started losing, we'd just start tearing the stadium apart and hurling missiles at you1

Same as ever, a few iconic pictures/moments, a fantastic performance against a shite team that will make (stupid) people believe we will win it, play our hearts out against a proper footballing side, maybe get a bloke sent off, maybe one of the players will end up bleeding from the head, maybe the opposition will 'cheat' or the ref will miss something he should have seen.
