Agree with the first sentence but not with the second. I reckon Spain will lose the Final to Brazil, who will have beaten us in the semis to get there.
England won't either of course, I just think spain will blow it.
It's going to be an interesting competition. Bar Spain - who still haven't lost their choker tag despite their winning ways it seems - none of the sides look particularly threatening.
France and Argentina are frankly lucky to even be there. Germany, Italy, Holland and England are all very beatable, whilst Brazil are relatively ordinary by their standards these days (although I think they are actually set up to do quite well).

This is largely the same squad which failed to qualify for the Euros and now we're "more likely to win it than Spain" - the eventual winners of the tournament, and a nation blessed in talent. The English over-confidence never ceases to amaze.

Their only hope is Capello manages to negate all these factors and somehow bring them together and makes England competitive against the bigger nations - but, despite his obvious qualities as a manager, this will remain a huge challenge for him.
