Who would be your SCM Scouts?

For me, Pesam would definitely be keeping an eye on all the lower league players in and around the UK.

KHL would be my Scando scout (always an important one on Champ 01/02)

Dunno who else, there's competition for Europe but I don't think anyone's really got a grip on South America

KHL (Agger, Eriksen etc), Roopy (He was bleating about Di Maria, Ozil etc) and Pesam are the ones who 'present' the most players many of us have never heard of 'em that develop into players we hear about constantly.
