Took a call today in work, quiet afternoon by recent standards and after a hectic a few hours, this guy calls from one of our clients about an issue, I needed to get hold of a colleague for him to speak to as it was her department, couldn't get through as it was late in the day and they'd fucked off home, so I went back to the guy and advised. I'm about to take his details and all that shit to arrange a call back for him and he says "What? Well I need to speak to someone now, you'd better get me someone". I say (politely and all that shit) I'll have another go (knowing full well I won't get hold of anyone anyway at 5pm). I try, then go back to him and apologise that the line is still unavailable and he cuts in and tells me to hang on a minute, he has my MD on the other line (I'm assuming it's a coincidental call back on his other line), and he says "right, what's your name?", I tell him, he says "I've got your MD on the phone, Martin" (at this point I realise, the cunt doesn't, he's just acting the cunt), "I'm giving him your name and your arse will be in a sling later, fucking this and that" and hangs up.
