Lucas is awful and not good enough
Benteke and Coutinho the biggest problems for me today. Cowardly performances.
Benteke barely jumps to try and win a header. I thought he was our big direct threat up front
No point crossing the ball, Benteke hasn't won a single header and West Ham are winning every ball in. Get Lallana on and get that dope up front off and keep the ball on the deck
Lucas might not be good enough but he hasn't been the problem today has he? It's not like West Ham are dominating the midfield. In the last third we'e been awful and have hardly created anything let alone look like scoring.

It's a ridiculously error strewn game. I suppose that's to be expected given the fixtures. Painful to watch though.

I did forget Ings even existed. It's a real shame what happened to him because he would have had a chance to really step in to the team and shine this season.
I wouldn't have been happy over the summer but I wish the owners would have held on to their money for Benteke and Firmino. I suppose they really didn't think they'd be firing Rodgers so early in the season, but that's a ton of money that's looks wasted.
I think Firmino might have a future here and maybe he is just worn down and trying to get used to living in a new country. I think Benteke is all but done under Klopp. He will still get a lot of games, probably through to the summer. After that I think he will find the door or find the bench.
Maybe we can get £20m for him back from Villa if they just skate relegation.

Exactly what I was thinking. Benteke's lack of control and aggression in a very crowded area is doing my head in. I think Collins has beat him to the ball virtually every time.
He fucking rolled around like a pansy instead of getting up and defending the goal, the man that tracked back 50 meters scored. Pity he couldn't do the same. Funny he was fine and laughing about the goal 2 mins later. We had 5 in the box and he put in a shite cross with tonnes of room so yes wanker is fair.
He did make one superb block.
Anyone who thinks Lucas isn't a problem is daft. He is absolutely invisible against pacy, physical midfields, and today has been no different.

Are you going to expand on that with any reasons or just stick to the smug reply. How has he been the problem today? He wasn't at fault for the goal and he hasn't missed any clear cut chances as we haven't created any. I'm not saying he's having a great game but who is?

Does anyone else blame Mignolet at least in part for their goal ? It was a hanging cross and there were only two people in front of him. The ball was headed in from 6-7m out but Mignolet was rooted 1m out and didn't even look like he was thkning about coming. Had that been Cech, De Gea and many others they'd have claimed or punched it clear. Are I being hyper-critical ?
